1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StatementFlow ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
2. Description of Service
StatementFlow is an automated data processing tool that converts Australian bank statement PDF files into structured spreadsheet formats. The Service is provided for informational and administrative purposes only.
StatementFlow does not provide financial advice. All outputs are descriptive summaries of transaction data only. You should seek independent financial advice for any financial decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected].
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have lawful authority to process
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the Service's AI models or algorithms
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service's security
5. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased are non-refundable except where a conversion fails to produce a usable output. Credits never expire. Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a conversion fails or produces materially incorrect results, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will refund the credit or reprocess the file at no charge.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Accuracy and Limitations
StatementFlow uses AI to extract and categorise transaction data. While we achieve high accuracy on standard digital PDF bank statements, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy on all documents. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all outputs before use in any financial, tax or accounting context.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, StatementFlow's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the StatementFlow platform, including its AI models, algorithms, interface and brand assets, remains the property of StatementFlow. Your converted output files are your property.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
